Kočevar Ferdo, aviation technician and pilot, started his independent journey in the aviation industry in 1991 as Kočevar Ferdo s.p., an aircraft maintenance service, followed by the transition to Kočevar Ferdo d.o.o. in October 2004.
In 2007, he moved the business to a new location, in the immediate vicinity of the Ptuj airport, where it is still located today. In May 2024, the story was successfully upgraded and continued its mission under the new name 'G&K avio-servis d.o.o.'.
